API Terms

These API Terms are part of the Atmee.ai Terms of Use (the "Terms") and apply when you use the Atmee.ai API or API Keys.

1. Use

You may use the API to offer Atmee.ai Avatars on your own website or app (a "Developer App") to the people who use it ("End Users"). We may change or end API access at any time.

2. Keys and charges

Keep API Keys secret and use them only from your server. You are responsible for all use of your API Keys, including by AI agents, and for all charges, billed per minute at the rates in our API documentation.

3. Your End Users

Tell your End Users they are talking to an AI. Get any consent the law requires for their camera, voice, likeness or biometric data, including for model training by Atmee.ai and its third-party service providers. Don't offer your Developer App to anyone under 18. If you use someone else's portrait or voice, you need their consent.

4. Visitors and earnings

Atmee.ai does not automatically charge your End Users; they may choose to upgrade with Atmee.ai when a sponsored budget runs out. API sessions earn no creator revenue.

5. Responsibility

The API is provided "as is." You will indemnify Atmee.ai for claims arising from your Developer App or your breach of these API Terms.
