The account's creator wallet and earnings
What the account's monetized avatars earned, what was paid out, and
the wallet balance between the two, in microcredits (100 microcredits
= 1 credit), as Studio's billing page shows them. This is not the
credit balance sessions spend (GET /v1/account/balance). One
avatar's earnings are in GET /v1/avatars/{avatarId}/monetization.
Any account-wide key with avatars:read may read it, and so may a
signed-in user acting for the account; an avatar-scoped key is
answered 403 avatar_not_allowed.

The account's plan, limits, prices and capture quota GET
The plan the account is on (and the one it changes to at the end of the cycle, if any), the limits that apply to its API usage, what a session minute, a preview clip and (where generation is offered, pricing.generation) one generation call cost, and how many v2 captures are queued or running against the pending cap.
