Plan an app (plan-avatar-app)
The skill that turns an idea for an app around an avatar into a one-page brief.
What it does
plan-avatar-app turns a rough idea into a one-page brief you can build from. It asks in short
rounds rather than all at once, and suggests options when you're unsure. No code is written.
Start it
I want an avatar on our hotel's website that helps guests book spa treatments. Help me plan it.What it walks you through
It asks in four rounds:
- The product: who it's for, and the one thing they leave with.
- The flow and the avatar: what happens from the first hello to the done moment, and who the avatar is, what it knows and what it must never do.
- Actions and the screen: the tools it uses in your app, such as checking availability or adding to a cart, what the page shows as the truth, and what your app tells the avatar while it runs.
- Limits, proof and deploy: the limits that bite and how to work around them, the live test that proves it works, and where it runs.

Planning spends nothing.
What you have at the end
A one-page brief: the product in a line, its users, flow, avatar, tools, what the screen shows versus what the avatar says, what the app sends the avatar, the transcript, sessions, limits, live test and deploy. Hand it to Build an app, or to your own team.
