Deleting your account

Deleting your account is permanent. Your account is deactivated immediately and, after a 30-day retention period, all data is permanently removed and cannot be recovered.

Before you delete

  • Cancel any active subscription — see How to cancel.
  • Unused credits and creator earnings are forfeited.

How to delete

  1. Open Account from your sidebar.
  2. Scroll to Danger Zone.
  3. Click Delete Account.
  4. Type the confirmation code shown in the dialog, then click Delete Account.

What happens next

  • You're immediately logged out and unable to sign back in.
  • Your profile, settings, and avatars are scheduled for deletion.
  • After 30 days, all data is permanently removed.

Changed your mind

Within 30 days of deletion, email support@atmee.ai. Recovery is not guaranteed.
