Text in video chat
A text mode for situations where video isn't appropriate: quiet environments, low bandwidth, accessibility, or visitors who'd rather type.
How it works
The avatar uses the same prompt and knowledge base as live video. Only the input changes. Visitors see a chat thread on top of a video tile.
Visitors can switch to text chat mid-conversation; transcript history carries over.
Click the chat icon (see image) to enable text in video chat.
