How to cancel your subscription

Steps

1. Click your avatar in the Studio sidebar, then Billing.
2. Click Manage Payment — this opens the Stripe billing portal. Note: if you are on the Free plan, the Manage Payment button will not be visible.
3. In Stripe, select your subscription and click Cancel subscription.
4. Then click Cancel subscription on the next screen to confirm.
5. Then click Update subscription to finalize the cancellation.

What happens next

• You keep paid-plan access until your renewal date.
• On the renewal date, your account reverts to the Free plan.
• Unused monthly credits expire when the period ends.
• Top-up credits never expire — they stay in your balance.

Refunds

We don't pro-rate cancellations. If you cancel mid-cycle, you keep access until the end of the period you've paid for.
