How & when you earn credits
Earnings post to your balance as visitors talk to your monetized avatars. Once you pass the payout threshold, you can request a cash payout via Stripe Connect.
Earnings card
On the Billing page, the Earnings card lists every monetized avatar with its current cycle and all-time earnings. Use the dropdown to switch between Current Cycle and All time.
Available balance
The Payouts card on the right shows your Available balance in dollars. Below the balance is your payout threshold — you'll see "Payout threshold ($X) not yet reached" until you cross it.
Request a payout
- Once you cross the payout threshold.
- Click Request on the Payouts card.
- The funds are sent to your linked Stripe Connect account.
Manage payouts
The Manage (or Manage payouts) button opens your Stripe Connect dashboard, where you can view payout history, update bank details, and manage your account.
Unlinking your payout account
The Unlink button disconnects Stripe Connect from Atmee. If you have an unpaid balance, you'll be warned before unlinking.
