No audio during a call

If you can see the avatar but can't hear it, try to adjust the device output or mute options.

1. Check volume and mute

  • System volume is up and not muted.
  • The browser tab isn't muted — right-click the tab in Chrome/Edge to check.
  • In the session, the speaker icon isn't muted.

2. Check audio output device

If you have multiple outputs (laptop speakers, headphones, AirPods, monitor), make sure the right one is selected at the OS level. Bluetooth devices sometimes connect but route audio elsewhere — try toggling them off and on.
