Payment methods
Atmee processes payments through Stripe. The payment methods available to you depend on the region your account is registered in.
How it works
When you upgrade your plan or purchase add-on credits, you are routed to Stripe to complete the transaction. The set of cards and digital wallets shown at checkout is determined by your country.
Common options
- Major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.
- Apple Pay and Google Pay, where supported by your device and browser.
- Additional region-specific payment methods, made available by Stripe at checkout.
Troubleshooting
- Card declined — Check your bank for a security hold and try again.
- 3D Secure challenge failed — Re-enter the card details. Some banks require a fresh challenge to complete the transaction.
- Charge appears but credits have not arrived — Wait a few minutes, then contact support with your receipt number.
