Loading issues / slow connection
If pages are slow to load or video stutters mid-session, it's typically caused by a network constraint or browser caching issue.
1. Test your connection
Run a quick speed test. Atmee needs at least 2 Mbps up and down for stable live video. If you're below that, switch networks if possible.
2. Wi-Fi vs. mobile data
Weak Wi-Fi often causes stutter that a 4G/5G connection handles fine. Try both options to find the best experience.
3. Clear cache
Old cached assets can cause loading issues after deploys. Clear your browser cache for atmee.ai or open a private window.
4. Disable VPN
VPNs add latency and sometimes route media traffic poorly. Try the app without VPN enabled.
