How sessions work

A session is a single live conversation between a visitor and an avatar. Sessions are real-time, full-duplex, and metered in credits.

Lifecycle

  1. Visitor lands on the avatar share link.
  2. They grant camera + mic and a session token is issued.
  3. Streaming begins: avatar video out, visitor audio in.
  4. Either party hangs up, or the credit balance reaches zero.

Credits

Sessions use credits on the avatar owner's account, not the visitor's. See Plans & pricing for current rates.

Limits

Session length depends on your plan: Free 5 minutes, Plus 45 minutes, Pro unlimited. On any tier, if your credits reach 0, the call will also end. The limit applies per call — starting a new call resets the timer.

The Free plan also has a 15 min/day free chat limit. Monthly plan credits from paid subscriptions and add-on credit pack credits are not constrained by that free daily chat limit.
