Credits not showing correctly
If your balance looks wrong, a top-up didn't appear, or a session charged more than expected, here's what to check.
1. Refresh
Balance updates can lag by a few minutes after a session ends or a top-up completes. Refresh the page and check again.
Top-up didn't appear
- Check your email for a payment receipt. If you got one, the purchase went through and credits will land within a few minutes.
- If there's no receipt, the payment didn't complete — try again.
- Still missing after 30 minutes? Contact support with your account email and issue description.
Session charged more than expected

Monthly credits disappeared
Monthly plan credits reset on your renewal date and don't roll over. Top-up credits never expire and will remain in your account.
