Session failed / avatar error

If the session won't start, or you see an error like 'Session failed during room creation,' it's usually network or browser-related.

1. Retry once

Refresh the page and try again. Most failed sessions work on the second try.

2. Check your network

Corporate VPNs and firewalls often block WebRTC. Try off-VPN.
Public Wi-Fi at hotels and cafés sometimes blocks media traffic.
Mobile data usually works as a fallback test.

3. Try a different browser

If the error only happens in one browser, it's likely an extension or cached state. Try a private/incognito window first, then a different browser entirely.

4. Disable extensions

Ad blockers, privacy extensions, and script blockers can interfere with the session connection. Temporarily disable them and reload.
